Food Facility does employee a certified manager but does not act as the person in charge and does not work in the facility on a regular basis. PVC piping under the three-compartment sink is leaking and needs to be repaired, also the faucet at the sink has a continuous leak when water is off. Working spray bottle in prep area, used for storing sanitizer taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. Corrected.
